Many officers had their BD tailor made and modify the official patterns to suit them. Our officer pattern trousers are standard P40 pattern, but is made from a softer, lighter weight wool fabric which is considerably more comfortable than the issue uniform.
Many officers chose to omit the field dressing pocket, but we have left that to the customer to remove it if so desired.
